The activities of the international company allbranded are perfectly reflected in their name – “all” and “branded”. The company provides the service of transferring logos, brands and graphics onto various souvenirs (mugs, t-shirts, pens, etc.) and sells these goods in its online stores. They are one of the largest online distributors of promotional products in Germany and the United Kingdom, and are also actively expanding in the United States and other countries.

What were the reasons of Odoo choice?

Before starting work together, Allbranded already had Odoo ERP business management system installed. The problem was that it didn’t work properly. Before starting the project together, we organized a two-day functional workshop in Lithuania, during which suitable solutions were developed and thought of together with the client. We familiarize ourselves with the existing system, after discussing the new needs, together we analyzed the problems of the existing system and created a new, structured plan based on real solutions.

Interesting facts about the implementation.

The main goal set by the customer: implementation of the updated Odoo system, including the integration of all online stores. Since allbranded has separate e-commerce stores dedicated to the markets of different countries, we have created a solution that allows you to connect to the Odoo ERP and see in one place every e-commerce store information.

A properly adapted business management system should act as the main unit for information review and control of all platform processes. For this type of customer, it is very important to always know the quantities of the remaining goods, so the possibility of adding suppliers to the Odoo ERP system was also planned.

Not long after implementing the program, the client saw significant process improvements and reduced employee errors. We are glad that we were able to contribute to updating the convenient ERP system and create a solid foundation for the client’s future.

Features Implemented in Odoo:

1. Implementation of complex integrations. The project involved the development of complex integrations that covered not only customer processes, but also supplier processes. Our team successfully implemented all the necessary functions in the Odoo ERP system, which made it possible to significantly simplify not only order processing, but also accounting and supply chain management.

2. Management of large data flows. The data is distributed by e-shops, it is easy to follow their results. The customer’s activity is characterized by an extremely large amount of data and details that are directed to the order. The Odoo system helped them to optimize the process and avoid human errors.

3. Custom orders’ processing and automation solutions. Individual order automation and processing processes have been developed based on the customer’s needs. This made it possible to manage large amounts of data more efficiently and ensure that each order was processed according to specific requirements, taking into account the peculiarities of different suppliers and accounting systems.

4. Adaptation of the accounting and payment system. The project implemented solutions related to accounting management and payment processing. Different conditions and suppliers (both in the UK and USA markets) required a unique approach, therefore, individual solutions were created that allowed the export of data to different accounting systems, ensuring the smooth execution of financial transactions.

5. Integration of suppliers. As allbranded operates in several markets, suppliers vary from country to country. The Odoo system was created in such a way that it could process information from all suppliers, and have convenient data exchange and connection for suppliers.

The company is growing extremely fast, so quick changes and work in accordance with the increasing amount of data is a necessity. We are happy to have processes in place that allow us to respond to new needs efficiently.
