What were the reasons of Odoo choice?

The customer was looking for a new ERP system, the old one was no longer able to meet expectations and changes. Several solutions were considered, but Odoo suited and pleased the most due to its high adaptability to individual processes and low operating costs. Due to the specific problems of the old system, reliability was very important, and since Odoo is the most used software in the world, this was another aspect that helped to make a strong choice for this business management system.

Feedback from Azimut Space:

We are currently successfully using Odoo and running our day-to-day company operations: project planning, timesheets, filling in sheets, purchases, sales.

The system is stable and reliable, and we have already noticed a huge advantage of using it. When we need to make small changes, such as configuring the approval process or notifications, we can easily do so using Odoo’s visual interface.

Overall, we are very happy with our new Odoo ERP system and would choose to work with Versada again if needed.

The Versada team did a great job guiding us through all the steps of the process: we had regular online chats with the solution architect to present the status of the project and explain the implementation options, so the process remained completely transparent for us. Once the modules were ready, we were able to test them and share feedback with the team, making system deployment smooth and transparent. During the testing, the solutions engineer and the programming team took the time to answer all our questions and help us find the optimal ways to use the system.

Our team managed to find a solution to the complex project management and monitoring process of Azimut Space. With Odoo installed, Azimut Space can more easily plan and assign teams and people to specific parts of a project, as well as track and evaluate workload.
Azimut Space expressed the need to track costs and expenses at each stage of the project. Purchases were linked to the costs of each project. We have created an application that helps you track these indices, see analytical reports for better evaluation and forecasting.
We created an overtime management system that helped the company see project overtime, schedule team vacations, and more.

Thanks to the Versada team’s extensive knowledge of the modules and the specifics of our market, they were able to create an effective solution within the constraints of the budget we provided.
