What were the reasons of Odoo choice?

The main goal was to make everything easy to use and manage. The company was using the Swedish system and appreciated its stability and capabilities. However, it lacked strong CRM features and was not well-suited for serving web-based customers.

They initially started using the Odoo CRM module on their own but soon realized that to fully optimize and expand its use, professional assistance would be needed. Odoo was chosen as the best solution to complement their existing system and improve customer relationship management and online sales processes. The company is now almost fully operating on Odoo for managing all operations.

Interesting Information on the Implementation and Project.

The client manages a large number of product records, making efficient data organization essential. Sales forecasting was key—they needed to predict sales for the upcoming year or half of a year and plan accordingly. Integration between purchases, sales, and production was crucial to keep everything running smoothly. A smooth import/export system was set up for handling data via Excel. Data connection to Power BI also is in use and appreciated as highly valuable.
