Interesting information about the implementation of the project.
The task formulated by this client was clear from the beginning – to create and implement an effective business management system for e-commerce. The client raised the main requirements that the new business management system had to meet – program flexibility and price. In order to find out the deeper needs of the client, intensive discussions and detailed analysis of business processes took place during the first phase (Workshop).
One of the most important tasks is to find out what information is processed in the company. The chief financial officer, who has a lot of experience in handling accounting data, has become one of the most important elements in process identification. Based on the identified needs of the client, we created an initial solution, which was later tested by the client’s team.
Three more interactive functional workshops followed, after which we created the final solution with the client. After the product was completed, the data was migrated from the old system to the new one, which became one of the biggest challenges, which we also successfully overcame. In the development of this product, constant feedback from the customer became an essential factor in implementing the system and adapting it to the company’s employees. We are glad that Viking 1914 is a very successful company today and Odoo ERP is still their choice.
